This is an Matching Number and pretty good and quite original 280SL Pagoda automatic which has Hardtop with chrome mouldings and heated rear screen and Soft-top, the last one could be replaced by an new one, body wise an good and original example with the factory features like the welding spots and numbers everywhere, even the factory undercoating underneath is original, paint wise not bad and acceptable but it shows here and there small imperfections which is normal after 54 years, interior in MB tex is still original and a must to keep it, a pity if you replace it, chrome items are nice and clean, recently the car became an technical check and service, several parts are replaced and it runs and drives smooth, of course in this price range not the best in the world but with bringing some small issues in an better shape you will have an very nice 280SL Pagoda.
