1967 Ford Mustang Fastback | California Black Plate | Automatic | Disc Brakes | Edelbrock Heads

 

This 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback  A-code  was built on February 14, 1967 and remains a solid example of one of the most desirable first-generation Mustangs. Finished in classic fastback form, this car presents a strong foundation with original floors and frame rails and benefits from long-term California ownership, retaining its California black plates.

The car features Shelby-inspired exterior styling, including Shelby-style scoops and visual cues that give it an aggressive, period-correct appearance (note: this is not a factory Shelby). The body is described as solid, with straight panels and a clean structure underneath.

Power comes from a V8 engine equipped with aluminum Edelbrock cylinder heads, paired with an automatic transmission. The car was previously running with an aftermarket EFI fuel-injection system. A prior owner began converting the car back to a standard carburetor setup, though the project was not completed. The next owner can finish the carburetor installation or choose to reinstall EFI, depending on preference.

Stopping power has been upgraded with disc brakes, improving drivability and safety over the original drum setup.but the master cilinder not installed yet so this one needs some little work to be done
